1. Information About Us and How to Contact Us
1.1 Who we are
We are Dubai Mallathon, operated by the Dubai Mallathon Management Team (“Dubai Mallathon”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our principal address is Dubai Sports Council, Dubai, UAE.
1.2 Event Organizer
Unless otherwise stated on our official platform, we are the organizer of the Dubai Mallathon event series. For certain activities or sub-events, external partners (“Event Partners”) may handle specific operational elements. The relevant Event Partner will be listed on the registration page and/or shown during the registration process.
1.3 How to contact us
All event registration or participation queries should be submitted via our official contact form on dubaimallathon.ae. Queries sent via other channels may not receive a response.
1.4 How we may contact you
If we need to contact you, we will do so via the telephone number or email address you provided during registration.
1.5 “Writing” includes email
When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
2. Our Services
Through our official platform, we provide the following (“Services”):
- Allowing individuals, companies, clubs, or groups (“Participants”) to register for Dubai Mallathon events (“Event”).
- Processing data for Event registration.
- Displaying timing results for Events on our official channels.
- Sharing official Event photographs and video footage with Participants.
- Other related services to support the Event experience.
We may update and change our Services from time to time.
3. These Terms
3.1 What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions governing participation in Dubai Mallathon events and related services via our website dubaimallathon.ae and associated subdomains or mobile applications (“Platform”).
3.2 Why you should read them
Please read these terms carefully. They form a legally binding agreement and outline your rights, responsibilities, and our obligations.

3.4 Age and Participation Eligibility
Dubai Mallathon is open to participants of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, including People of Determination. Minors are welcome to participate but must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration on their behalf and accompany them during the Event, unless otherwise specified by the Event rules. We may revise these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our Platform.

4. Our Relationship with You
- Dubai Mallathon provides the Services listed above and is responsible for the organization of the main Event, unless an Event Partner is specified.
- Event details (distance, timing, location, participation rules) may be subject to change for safety, regulatory, or operational reasons.
- You agree to comply with all Event rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by Dubai Mallathon and/or Event Partners.
5. Registration & Participation
5.1 How we accept your registration
Your registration is confirmed when we email you a confirmation notice, at which point a contract for your participation is formed.
5.2 Providing accurate information
You must provide true and accurate details during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund.
5.3 Media rights
By participating, you grant Dubai Mallathon and its partners the right to capture and use your image, voice, name, and event results for promotional purposes in perpetuity without further approval or payment.
5.4 Registration methods
You may walk in and register on-site at any of the nine participating malls before starting your walk or run.
5.5 Race days registration
For official Race Days, registration is mandatory in advance to secure your spot. A limited number of walk-in registrations will be available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the on-site capacity is reached, no further walk-ins will be accepted.
5.6 Pro Racing days schedule
On Pro Racing days, regular walks and runs will start at 8:15 AM after the competitive races have concluded.
6. Fees & Payments
- Completely Free of Charge: Participation in all Dubai Mallathon events is 100% free for everyone. No registration fees, service fees, or hidden charges apply.
- Open to All: Dubai Mallathon welcomes participants of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, including People of Determination. Everyone is encouraged to join, whether you walk, jog, or run.
- No VAT: As there are no fees, VAT does not apply.
- Optional Extras: While registration and participation are free, certain optional products, merchandise, or partner offers may be available for purchase separately, but these are entirely voluntary and unrelated to your participation.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- If the Event is postponed or cancelled, your registration will automatically be updated or removed. Since participation is free, there are no refunds applicable.
- Optional purchased products or services from partners are subject to their own cancellation and refund policies.
8. Ending the Contract
We may terminate your participation if:
- You breach these terms or Event rules.
- You fail to provide required information within a reasonable time.
- You engage in conduct that endangers yourself or others.
9. Liability
- Dubai Mallathon is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
- Participation is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to take part.
10. Other Important Terms
- We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organization.
- No other person has rights under this contract except you and us.
- UAE laws govern these terms, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
