We are Dubai Mallathon, operated by the Dubai Mallathon Management Team (“Dubai Mallathon”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our principal address is Dubai Sports Council, Dubai, UAE.
Unless otherwise stated on our official platform, we are the organizer of the Dubai Mallathon event series. For certain activities or sub-events, external partners (“Event Partners”) may handle specific operational elements. The relevant Event Partner will be listed on the registration page and/or shown during the registration process.
All event registration or participation queries should be submitted via our official contact form on dubaimallathon.ae. Queries sent via other channels may not receive a response.
If we need to contact you, we will do so via the telephone number or email address you provided during registration.
When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.

These are the terms and conditions governing participation in Dubai Mallathon events and related services via our website dubaimallathon.ae and associated subdomains or mobile applications (“Platform”).

Dubai Mallathon is open to participants of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, including People of Determination. Minors are welcome to participate but must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration on their behalf and accompany them during the Event, unless otherwise specified by the Event rules. We may revise these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our Platform.

Your registration is confirmed when we email you a confirmation notice, at which point a contract for your participation is formed.
You must provide true and accurate details during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund.
By participating, you grant Dubai Mallathon and its partners the right to capture and use your image, voice, name, and event results for promotional purposes in perpetuity without further approval or payment.
You may walk in and register on-site at any of the nine participating malls before starting your walk or run.
For official Race Days, registration is mandatory in advance to secure your spot. A limited number of walk-in registrations will be available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the on-site capacity is reached, no further walk-ins will be accepted.
On Pro Racing days, regular walks and runs will start at 8:15 AM after the competitive races have concluded.
