About Mallathon
Dubai Mallathon is a citywide fitness initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, to transform malls across Dubai into safe, air-conditioned walking and running tracks, making daily exercise accessible to everyone, even during the hottest summer months. More than just a sporting event, Dubai Mallathon is a community-driven movement. It invites residents, visitors, families, and employees to take part in fun and engaging activities that promote physical fitness, healthier lifestyles, and stronger social connections. Aligned with the Year of Community, the Dubai Social Agenda 33, and the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033, the initiative reflects Dubai’s vision of making sport and wellbeing a natural part of everyday life.
